What Our Clients Say
"Kujawa Behavioral Services has been an invaluable partner to our special education teams in District 102. Christine Kujawa and team provided thoughtful, comprehensive support in developing Functional Behavior Assessments and Behavior Intervention Plans for students with complex needs. She collaborated closely with our school teams, offered practical coaching, and helped staff translate behavioral data into meaningful, effective interventions.

Kujawa Behavioral Services also delivered an outstanding three-day professional development series for our school psychologists and social workers. The training strengthened staff knowledge and skills in writing high-quality FBAs and BIPs, collecting and analyzing behavioral data, and developing function-based supports. Christine and Abby's expertise, engaging presentation style, and ability to connect research to real school-based situations made the training extremely valuable.
We greatly appreciate her professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to improving outcomes for both students and staff.”

"I had an excellent experience working with Kujawa Behavioral Services on a Functional Behavior Assessment and Behavior Intervention Plan for one of my clients. The evaluation was exceptionally thorough and the resulting BIP provided teachers with a wealth of practical strategies.
What stood out most was the team’s ability to not only identify and clearly explain the factors contributing to my student’s behavior but also their ability to translate those findings into supportive and actionable recommendations. Their final recommendations were incredibly validating for my client and gave the family a sense of comfort and confidence in understanding how to better support their child.
As a special education advocate, I greatly appreciated the level of detail, care, and expertise that went into their work. I would highly recommend Kujawa to families and school districts looking for a comprehensive, child-centered approach to behavioral assessment and intervention."
